Nepalese Domestic Worker & Activist Deported by Lebanese Authorities

The Lebanese Authorities celebrated Human Rights day on Saturday December 10 by deporting a Nepalese migrant domestic worker who "was involved in the struggle for the rights of migrant domestic workers" as reported by Human Rights Watch. Sujana Rana was detained by the General Security, questioned for her involvement in activism for the rights of migrant domestic workers before deporting her.
