Patrick Semaan has recently completed the Google Earth Alphabet project, whereas he was able to locate all the letters of the alphabet using satellite images of Lebanon's landscapes. Semaan spent over 130 hours to locate landscapes that resemble alphabetic characters. It's a pretty cool project, check it out:
