When I was in Lebanon over the weekend I tried to book a table at MAD but it was fully packed so we ended up going to Life instead. While public gardens, roads, sidewalks and buildings are constantly neglected in Achrafieh , there's a person in charge of cleaning the traffic light in DownTown Beirut. I am not saying DownTown Beirut shouldn't be taken care of, but having one municipality for all of the Beirut region is absurd.
