Several people apparently reported spotting a dog chained on the Adloun highway so a guy rushed to his help and filmed the whole thing. I’ve never seen something like that and I have no idea why someone would do such a thing to a dog. If you don’t want the dog, let him be. Why chain him without food or water in the middle of a highway?
