The National Commission for Lebanese Women along with the UNFPA has launched a campaign aimed at shedding light on the verbal violence facing women in the common language and sayings. They basically reversed these sayings to make them directed against men to help expose the cultural and social violence faced by women. I know many people who use these sayings just to joke but it's time we drop them once and for all.
