Arabian Business published the 100 most powerful Arabs under 40 list which included 16 Lebanese. The top ranked was Iqbal Al Asaad who’s a Palestinian refugee in Lebanon, followed by Amal Clooney, Maher Zain, Rani Raad and Nancy Ajram. Khalil Beschir, a Lebanese racing driver and the first ever Arab to race in a single-seater World Championship was also featured on that list.

The number ought to be 17 by including Ayman Hariri the son of late PM Hariri. His brother Fahd was listed as being Lebanese, while the former was listed as being Saudi. 17% is a very good score for Lebanon.
I also note that Elissa Freiha (listed under UAE) is also Lebanese or of Lebanese origin.

the arab stats are biased , every year these publish the names of the same gulf women who lead the whole ranking although they are null and their achievments can’t be compared to Lebanese women. and they put few Lebanese women and ignore the most important among them like inventors and researchers who are honoured on the international level like ( Houda zohgby – Nathalie azar – venus ghata khoury – donna shelala and many others who are presidents , and dean in the top best universities in the world and gouvernors and politicians in europe and america
