The Spectator Index tweeted a list of countries with the worst electricity supply for 2017 and Lebanon ranked fourth worst on that list, ahead of Yemen, Nigeria & Haiti. The tweet is based on the World Economic Forum Global Competitiveness Index for 2017-2018 which ranks the quality of electricity supply on a scale from 1 to 7 .
