This is the third night in a row that Sodetel DSL goes off at night (around 9PM) and stays off till around 2AM. You contact the call center and if you are lucky enough to reach anyone, there’s an answering machine that tells you that there’s an issue.

I checked their Facebook page and website and there are no announcements whatsoever. What sort of customer service is that? And why isn’t anyone telling us what’s happening? I think someone should report this to the new Ogero head to investigate.
